We're looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join a thriving team in Trafford Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and is confident working with aluminium.
Hours of Work:
Total: 40.25 hours per week
Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Morning Break: 10:00am - 10:15am
Lunch Break: 12:45pm - 1:15pm
Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Morning Break: 10:00am - 10:15am
Lunch Break: 12:45pm - 1:15pm
Key Responsibilities:
TIG welding with a strong emphasis on aluminium - this is a core part of the role
Interpreting and working from measurements and technical specifications
Sanding, pressing, and grinding metal components
Using handheld tools confidently and safely
Ensuring a clean, safe, and productive work environment
✅ What We're Looking For:
Proven TIG welding experience - particularly with aluminium
Ability to read and work from precise measurements
Comfortable with all aspects of prep and finish work (e.g. grinding, sanding)
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Reliability and willingness to learn and grow with the team
