Warehouse Administrator
Monday: 07:00 - 16:00
Tuesday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:30
Friday: 07:00 - 11:30
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our Soft Furnishings department on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a fast-paced production team with administrative duties, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient stock control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the production team in line with company operating procedures.
Respond to customer queries regarding stock, orders, and deliveries in a courteous and professional manner.
Raise and manage job packs using our ERP database, including documentation for both seat cover and curtain production.
Generate accurate purchase orders under the direction of the Production Manager, ensuring effective stock management.
Oversee despatching of seat covers and curtains by working closely with stores to meet delivery timelines.
Maintain rigorous stock control by batching in/out all materials and components, checking availability, and collaborating with Stores personnel.
Skills and Competencies:

Flexible and adaptable with a conscientious work ethic.
Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
Familiarity with import/export production procedures is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to take on additional duties during peak periods or to meet customer needs at short notice.
