Salary: £22.00 per hour + paid breaks

Hours: 30 hours per week (3 × 10‑hour shifts)

Shift Options: 8am-6pm or 9am-5pm

Contract: Permanent

 

Time Recruitment is sourcing a Clinical Lead for an exceptional care community n Grantham; the service is a warm, welcoming, purpose‑built residential home set in the charming town of Grantham, right on the Lincolnshire-Nottinghamshire border.

 

With 53 residents across several units, including a dedicated 17‑bed nursing unit, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional, person‑centred care in a true home‑from‑home environment

 

About the Clinical Lead Role

 

We are seeking an experienced RGN Clinical Lead to oversee clinical practice within the general nursing unit. You'll take responsibility for the care of elderly, frail, palliative and mild dementia residents, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

 

This Clinical Lead role offers rare flexibility, including the opportunity to choose your own working hours and operate on a supernumerary basis.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Clinical Lead role: 

 

-     Provide clinical oversight for nursing residents

-     Lead and support a team of 5 nurses

-     Ensure safe staffing ratios (1 nurse to 17 residents, day and night)

-     Work collaboratively with our RMN‑trained Home Manager

-     Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care

-     Support staff development through supervision, coaching and appraisal

 

Required Skills & Experience for the Clinical Lead role: 

 

We're looking for an RGN with strong clinical capability, including:

 

-     PEG feeding

-     Wound management

-     Syringe driver use & pain management

-     Venepuncture & bloods

-     Person‑centred care planning

-     Medication ordering, dispensing & storage

-     Dementia awareness

-     Infection control

-     Staff supervision and development
