We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and manage a small team. The successful candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are met while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Working Hours
07:30am - 16:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a production team of up to 10 staff
Allocate daily tasks and assist with production duties when required
Ensure production orders are completed in line with KPI targets
Set, monitor, and maintain team goals, standards, and performance targets
Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across the shift
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Lead by example on the shop floor and provide ongoing support to the team
Requirements
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
Previous experience managing teams of up to 10 staff
Strong understanding of production processes and KPI-driven environments
Ability to complete paperwork and administrative tasks alongside hands-on duties
Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to motivate and manage team performance
Health & Safety
Must have own safety boots and hi-vis
Strong awareness of health and safety standards in a production or manufacturing environment
Desirable Skills (Optional)
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse-based production environments
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
