Remote Working with weekly site visits
Sectors: Retail and Leisure
Values range from £100K-£1.5M

Salary: £50,000-£65,000 (considering exceptional candidates up to £70,000) plus car allowance, pension, remote working, private healthcare, annual leave and other benefits

* Managing a team of Project and Site Managers
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients at a senior level
* Deliver quality service in line with client needs, nurture further business opportunities and maximise profitability
* Monitor account performance against KPIs and business expectations
* Subcontractor management
* Lead by example
* Mentor, coach and guide direct reports to facilitate regular feedback and provide support and training resources to members of the team as well as developing their skills to maintain performance
* Maintain regulations and legislation to ensure these are reflected in working practices and procedures
* Uphold key company principles

Candidates must have 5-10 years experience at Senior Project Manager level to be considered. Trade background preferred and shopfitting experience essential.
