Time Recruitment are looking to speak with Construction Assistant Project Managers with fit out and refurbishment experience within the fast track retail sector.

Sector: Food Retail
Project values: £50K-£500K
Duties: Scoping, surveying, prestarts, programming, client management, overseeing sites, assisting and learning from the Project Manager.
Trade or academic background ideal

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS (Black), First Aid at Work, Driving License

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 plus car allowance, annual leave, pension, various work-related schemes, private healthcare, bonus and sick pay.

Start date: June 2023

Candidates must have experience at least 2-3 years at Assistant Project Manager level within a main contractor setting on their CV to be considered. Retail experience desirable, delivering on smaller value projects in high volumes and on time.

This job is open to nationwide candidates but those who are put forward will need to be happy with travelling as part of the role.
