As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and capable Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead small projects independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability. Collaboration: Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in day-to-day duties. Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure successful project delivery. Experience Level: Ideally, this is the candidate's second position in their career with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. We are seeking a candidate who is not too green, capable of taking on more responsibilities. Focus Areas: Specialize in the refurbishment and fit-out of commercial spaces, industrial units, banks, and projects in the built environment.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role. Relevant degree or equivalent qualification. Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
