We are recruiting for a key client of ours who are fit out specialists within the retail sector.

Project values £500K-£5M
Full Time Permanent role
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 plus car allowance, pension, annual leave, private healthcare.

The projects are undertaken for all varieties of food and general retailing clients known throughout the UK. This contractor is looking for someone with supermarket retail experience, especially Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, WHSmith, ASDA, M&S, Aldi, Lidl, McColl's, Coop, Co-operative, McDonald's, KFC, Burger King

Duties:

- Scoping and visiting sites
- Overseeing the progress of 4-6 jobs at a time
- Following project budgets and timelines in accordance with the existing framework agreement with the client
- RAMS
- Updating O&M Manuals
- Health & Safety
- Reporting and updating progression on internal and external databases
- Daily use of Microsoft Projects and Excel
- Programming and producing phasing plans
- Subcontractor management and coordination
- Client liaison and management

Candidate Requirements:

Must have experience working within a live retail environment
5+ years experience at Contracts Manager level.
Preferably coming from a shop fitting and joinery background.
MUST live within the London or Southeast region and be happy to travel most days to site.
