Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for pre-tender information Creating programs for the jobs Assisting health and safety department providing documents for method statements etc Regular monitoring and reporting on progress and instigate corrections where necessary Review projects and keep inline with key performance indicators in respect to deadlines, budget and supply chain management Produce snag free results for clients Subcontractor management Managing 2-4 projects at a time Risk management Meeting with the client and providing updates throughout for successful execution of design plans and brief Handover
Qualifications required:
SMSTS CSCS (Black) First Aid at work NVQ Level 6 or NVQ Level 7 Construction or Project Management
Candidate requirements:
Must have 5-10 years experience at Contracts Manager level Be based 30-45 minutes away from Cannock as this role involves a mixture of visiting sites nationwide, and attending the office in between. Experience in the fit out and refurbishment sector Consent to referencing from previous employers
