Time Recruitment are looking to speak with Contracts Managers in the Greater Manchester area who are looking for a new opportunity.

We are representing a small-medium sized contractor who specialise in shopfitting and retail projects nationwide who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager in February/March 2024.

Position: Contracts Manager
Location of office: Northwest England
Projects location: Nationwide UK
Sector: Retail and Shopfitting
Fast Track Fit Out & Refurbishment
Full Time Permanent
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 plus car allowance and other benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

Visiting sites and clients
Managing 3-4 projects at a time
Subcontractor management
Supply chain management and overseeing order & delivery of materials
Commercial and financial responsibility of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
Creating and distributing project program
Handing over each project in line with design brief and to a high-standard

Candidate requirements

Must be located in the Greater Manchester area
Have at least 5+ years experience at Project or Contracts Manager level with a proven history in successfully managing multiple contracts & projects to a high-standard
Must have experience in retail or shopfitting sector
Ideally Joiner by trade
