Job description
Product Administrator - Office based
Hours: 40hrs per week
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
1hour lunch
£13.50 per hour
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in import processes, product knowledge, quality control, sales and stock administration. Proficiency with Sage 200, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to responsibilities are essential.
We are a small business, so a willingness to get involved and contribute across various areas is highly valued.
Stock Admin
- Updating the Sage system with confirmed shipment dates and amend any dates if shipments change
- Create new stock codes to sage including their commodity code, weights and dimensions to sage in "Stock Item Details"
- New product administration - Add new lines to the product progression sheet and pricing structure
Product Quality Control Administration
(Working with various team members and supervision)
- Testing and inspecting the quality of products & packaging as containers arrive in
Maintain QC spreadsheet
Checking valid certification (material, safety & electrical)
Document and feedback to relevant departments on actions to take
Product lifetime guarantee
- Responsible for all monitoring, recording and response to lifetime guarantee enquiries
Amazon Account Work
- Non-compliance Chargebacks
Sales Admin cover
- Internet order processing cover to include:
- Management of internet orders to the warehouse
Pro-forma payments
courier bookings
Invoicing customer
