Our Moulding Department is an integral part of our production process, and we are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals to join our team.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a physically fit and motivated individual to work in our Moulding Department, responsible for producing moulded seat cushions and pillows.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate moulding machines to produce seat cushions and pillows.
* Monitor and control the moulding process to ensure product quality and consistency.
* Load raw materials into moulds, operate machinery, and remove finished products.
* Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding equipment.
* Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
* Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment when required.
* Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or moulding environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
* Good physical fitness and stamina, capable of lifting, moving, and operating equipment (up to [insert weight]).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks and lifting/carrying heavy materials.
* Ability to work in a warm, industrial environment.

Benefits:
* £11.44 per hour + overtime Monday to Friday
* Hours: 07.00 - 16.00 but is subject to change (14.00 - 22.00 hrs).
