Job Title: Project Manager - (Full Time)

Location: Office Based in Greater Manchester (Hybrid: Office Based, Site Visits,

Home Working)

Salary: £45,000 & Expenses & Car Allowance & 25 Days Holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Project Manager looking to take ownership of their own projects while supporting a thriving and energetic team. You will be responsible for delivering both small and large-scale schemes, while managing multiple projects independently. Projects are within the residential, commercial living sector, with fixtures, installation and the finishes of a high end project.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing the delivery of communal areas, kitchens and commercial space.

- Managing 3-4 smaller jobs (£50K-£200K) simultaneously.

- Leading budgeting, procurement, and fulfilment of projects, ensuring cost efficiency.

- Traveling nationwide for site visits, overseeing fit-outs, including kitchens, furniture installations, flooring, painting & decorating, and finishing trades.

- Working closely with estimators and the commercial team to drive successful project outcomes.

- Ensuring tight programme schedules are met, with projects completed efficiently.

- Using MS Excel to track project finances, staying commercially aware.

Candidate Profile

- Candidate must be based in or local to Greater Manchester

- Comfortable managing projects independently while collaborating with the wider team.

- Degree in construction or a related field would be preferable.

- Experience with furniture installation, flooring, painting & decorating, and finishing trades preferred.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Willingness to travel UK wide

- 2 + years at Project Manager level
