I am representing a construction main contractor based in the North West who are looking to appoint a full time Project Manager.

The candidate will be predominately office based in Manchester, visiting sites in Greater Manchester.

Day to day duties:
Pricing the project
Overseeing Health & Safety
Correspondence with the client
Weekly project reports

Requirements for the role:
4+ years at Project Manager level
Office fit out experience
Ability to price the job
Based in Greater Manchester
Construction, main contractor background
