We are representing a main contractor based in Macclesfield who specialise in design & build, fit out and refurbishment projects across the UK.
Role: Project Manager
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Sector: Commercial, Retail and Laboratories
Job Values: £100K-£4M
Job Lengths: 10 weeks to 16 weeks
Hybrid working approach - mixture of working from home, attending sites to visit clients and office-based
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 plus car allowance, pension contributions, annual leave and private healthcare as well as a project performance-related bonus scheme
Duties and Responsibilities
Expected to visit each site at least one day a week.
Autonomy to manage own diary
Overseeing projects from inception through to completion
Subcontractor and Client Management
Producing project program
Creating and distributing program of works for each project
Health & Safety
Communicate with design and commercial teams
Keeping the project within budget and in-line with the project program
Risk Assessments and Method Statement
Managing 2-3 projects at a time (depending on project value)
Must live within the Cheshire or Greater Manchester area
Have a commercial OR retail fit out background
Qualifications/Certificates: SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid At Work, HNC Building Services, NVQ Level 6
