Summary of the role:
Project Manager position
Design and Shopfitting fixtures contractor - concessions and small refits
Hybrid working, office based 4 days of week and 1 day remote.
Nationwide travel Sectors: General retail, concessions and shop fit manufacturing.
Full Time Permanent role
Start date: March 2024
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 plus package-annual leave, pension, flexible working etc
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the manufacturing process from design brief to installation
Interpreting drawing information
Approve the pricing and delivery dates
Create phasing plans
Produce project program and method statements
Coordinate with suppliers and external manufacturers to ensure delivery of fixtures and furniture is on schedule
Liaise and work with the client service manager to maintain quality of project deliverables Maintain high-levels of organisation, time scheduling, prioritization and problem solving throughout the project life cycle to keep to deadline and within client budget
Shadow the Senior Project Manager and assist where required
Use of Microsoft Word and Excel, SAGE and Harvest.
80% office based role with one day working from home and weekly visits to installation sites and to meet with clients
Candidates must live close by to the office to be considered. Suitable locations in: Northampton, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, South Derbyshire
Must have Project Management experience and a clean full UK driving license.
