Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Raynes Park, South West London (SW20)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + Bonus upto10% + amazing benefits!

Hours: Days - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

The service is a specialist dementia care home with 46 beds at maximum occupancy spread across 3 floors offering both residential and nursing dementia care; as a Registered Care Home Manager here your role will be to oversee a skilled, well trained and longstanding team encouraging team working, clinical excellence and overseeing all clinical governance and business management of the home.

As a Registered Care Home Manager you will have:


Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with CQC.
Extensive expertise and professional experience in dementia care
Proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality care in a residential setting, including financial management planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage a care team and inspire and motivate colleagues.
Extensive knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate.
A passionate, determined, confident, and resilient leader.
Demonstrable communication skills and natural leadership abilities.
