Time Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity in the Steppingley, Bedford for a Registered Nurse within a highly reputable care provider across the UK. The home is unique as its specialises in organic dementia and challenging behaviour but boasts excellent staffing levels; the service is split between 3 units; 8 rooms in each and is easily manageable as a Registered Nurse here you will be nurse lead on nights.

Whilst on shift you will be supported by several care assistants and take a lead of their shift management whilst providing nursing care to no more than 24 residents some which are residential. With a small amount of physical nursing needs your role will require you to complete medication rounds and audits; whilst once a month updating care plans.

As a Registered Nurse your duties include:

- Leading your team and taking charge of all care activity in your designated unit
- Maintaining accurate records whilst delivering high care standards
- Assessing the physical, mental and social needs of all residents
- Ensuring safe service delivery and safety of the unit
- Liaising with medical professionals and family members
