What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
Keep care plans accurate and up to date
Champion safety, dignity, and safeguarding in every interaction
Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Support daily care routines and clinical standards
⚕️ Who You Are:
A registered nurse with NMC (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
Clinically confident with sound nursing knowledge
Empathetic and a natural communicator
