* Senior Contracts Manager * Nationwide travel * Fit Out Contractor specialising in retail, commercial and leisure projects in the UK * Project values: £4M-5M * Fast track retail roll outs * Mixture of remote working and site visits * Full Time Permanent * Salary: £60,000-£65,000 plus car allowance, pension, annual leave, private healthcare etc. * Start date: September
Duties will include attending site, subcontractor management, senior levels of client management and liaison, scoping, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, reporting, and updating status of jobs on software including Microsoft Projects and third-party applications, working alongside the Account Manager to monitor the overall progress across the framework, completing and implementing risk assessments, managing 3-5 projects at a time.
Candidate requirements
Essential
* 10-15yrs experience at Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager level * Experience within the fit-out sector * Retail, roll out, fast track experience * Must have experience working on projects from £4M-£5M * Must have a full/clean UK Driving License
Desirable
* Trade background (Joinery/Carpentry)
