I am looking for a Experienced Senior Site Manager for one of the Market leading Construction and Refurbishment companies in the UK. They are looking for a Senior Site manager who has experience in working on projects £30,000,000.

The site will have apartments across from the site which you can stay in to make your commute to work easier.

Site Set up will be: The Senior Site Manager, Contracts Director visiting 2-3 days a week, Site Manager, Site Engineer, Health & Safety Manager, Mechanical and electrical staff, Quantity Surveyor who will be there Tuesday-Thursday.

Duties and Responsibilities;
* Managing sub-contractors.
* Managing health & safety on site.
* Risk Assessments.
* Method Statements.
* Making sure the programme is up to date.
* Progress reports.
* Client Meetings Concrete frame is already up.
* Big scale project construction job.
