Site Manager

Location: Various locations across UK

Salary: £50,000 + package

Job Overview:
My client are seeking an experienced Site Manager responsible for managing all site activities on various projects nationwide. The role involves working closely with Contract Managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
Health & Safety: Prioritize site health and safety.
Project Management: Solve problems and take full control over projects.
Subcontractor Management: Oversee and manage subcontractors.
Materials Sourcing: Source necessary materials for projects.
Reporting: Prepare and check reports.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and liaise with the construction manager daily.
Team Management: Keep staff motivated and focused.
Integrity: Demonstrate honesty and reliability.
Required Experience/Skills:

Minimum of 5 years as a Site Manager.
Mobility: Ability to travel and work across the UK and Ireland.
Organizational Skills: Efficient at planning, prioritizing, and sequencing work.
Communication: Good communication and IT skills.
Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
Certifications: CSR / CSCS / SMSTS, Safe Pass holder.
Program Understanding: Ability to read and understand fast-track programs.
First Aid: Certified first aider.

Effective communicator with strong IT skills.
Proven experience in managing site projects.
Capable of maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Flexible and willing to travel extensively.
