Company Overview:
Our client is experiencing significant growth and has secured several new projects, creating an exciting opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to join their dynamic team. With 90% of their work based in London and occasional projects outside London, they specialise in high-end fit-out projects. The role will suit candidates with experience in specialist, high-end fit-out, shell and core, interiors design, building works, lifts, escalators, setting out, MEP, and sprinklers.

Role Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on site, including T&L (Traffic and Logistics) management and Health and Safety compliance.
Depending on the project size, responsibilities may include a working site manager role on smaller projects or a non-working site manager role on larger projects.
Manage projects ranging in value from £120,000 to £3 million, with some major projects reaching up to £11 million.
Lead a team of 4-6 internal staff and subcontractors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Key Requirements:
Must have the right to work in the UK.
A valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
A trade background is essential.
Experience in high-end fit-out and related disciplines (shell and core, interiors, MEP, etc.) is highly desirable.

Work Schedule:
12-hour shifts per day, typically on a 12 days on, 2 days off schedule.
