Clinical Lead
Location: Poole
Setting: Nursing Home
Salary: £53,000
Hours: 42 Hours per week
Time recruitment is selecting for a Clinical Lead to join an exemplary national care provider in the local area of Poole. The home has an excellent CQC report and has excellent staffing ratios so plenty of support is available. We are looking for Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.

Clinical Lead Requirements:
* A Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin
* Experience as a Manager or Mentor
* Committed and Organised individual
* Excellent written and verbal communicator
* Experience in people Management
Duties for the Clinical Lead:
* Clinical Lead will be accountable for maintaining efficient and secure clinical practise
* Monitoring standards through audits and observations,
* Reviewing policies
* Putting action plans into place
* Providing reports as necessary while collaborating with the Home Manager and Quality Assurance team
