Job description
Time Recruitment are looking to speak with Contracts Managers with retail banking experience who are keen to start a new role in April 2024.
Our client specialise in retail, commercial and leisure projects across the UK and have a large allocation of work staggered throughout 2024. Therefore, they are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager into a team of 3 already on this specific framework.

Location of Projects: Nationwide throughout the UK.
Project Details: Large and multi-trade maintenance jobs to Lloyds banks. Heavy subcontractor involvement with scaffolders, joiners, roofers etc.
Type: Full Time Permanent role
Working Structure: Hybrid, visiting sites and remote working.
Start date: April 2024
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 plus car allowance and other benefits
Duties and Responsibilities
* Setting jobs up
* Conducting prestarts
* Subcontractor management and liaison
* Organising and scheduling supply of materials
* Creating a project program and distributing to stakeholders
* Client management
* Confidently manage 4-5 projects at a time
* Hosting and attending progress meetings.
* Updating O&M manuals
* Reporting on progress and updating software for compliance.
* Closing jobs out and successfully handing project over in time and on budget
* Liaise closely with site agents to ensure smooth delivery.
* Use of Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Excel for budgeting and programming purposes
Candidate Requirements
* Must have at least 4 years' experience at Contracts Manager level.
* Proven history delivering on retail banking projects.
* Happy to travel nationwide throughout the UK.
* Must come from a main or fit out contractor setting.
* Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
* Confidently use Microsoft Projects and Excel with a basic level of computer literacy.
* Valid Full UK Driving License.
