Title: Site Manager
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Package: $7,000 Car Allowance
Shifts/Days: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
Day to day duties: Manage the sub contractors, Daily site reports, Health & safety Site audits
Certificates: SMSTS, CSCS Card, Pasma and First Aid
Project Types: Commercial, Education Jobs up to £6M

The contractor are looking to appoint a full time Site Manager within the team to oversee their projects.

Projects are across commercial & education with project ranging from 150k to 6 million.

Day to day duties include:

Managing health and safety
Liaising with subcontractors.

Requirements for the role:

SMSTS, CSCS Card and Pasma qualified.
First aid qualification.
4+ years manager at site.
