Position: Home Care Assistant
Location: Lowestoft, NR32
Setting: Domiciliary Care, visiting clients at their homes
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour + £500 sign-on bonus
Shift Pattern: Variable shifts on weekdays with alternate weekends

Time Recruitment is currently seeking Home Care Assistants to join a well-established national care provider in Lowestoft, Suffolk. Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to promote independence and deliver personal care to clients
* Maintain high standards of care service
* Assist with daily activities within clients' homes
* Pursue additional training for specialized care such as dementia, respite, and palliative care

Requirements:
* Minimum of NVQ level 2 in health care
* Preferably, prior experience in the healthcare sector
* Possession of a full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred but not essential
* Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients' needs
* Eligibility to work in the UK
