Position: Support Worker
Location: Diss, IP21
Type: Residential Care Home
Salary: Up to £12 per hour (Equivalent to £22,464 annually) + £500 welcome bonus Hours: 36 hours per week
Shifts: Both day and night shifts available

Time Recruitment is currently seeking Support Workers to join a prominent national care provider in the Diss area of Norfolk. The residential care home boasts a capacity of 51 beds and is nestled within a picturesque rural manor house, surrounded by expansive gardens that offer an ideal setting for outdoor activities in the fresh air.

Responsibilities
* You will work as part of a team to promote independence and provide personal care to the residents.
* Ensure that the care home's standards are kept to a high level.
* Assist in the general day-to-day activities of the home.
* Undertake additional training to provide specialized dementia, respite, and palliative care.
Requirements
* A minimum of a level 2 NVQ in health care is required.
* Previous experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
* Must be willing to undertake mandatory training.
* Drivers are desirable due to the location of the home.
* Good decision making.
* Time-management skills.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
