Sales Advisor Manchester City Centre £26,500 - £28,000 salary + £50,000 OTE Hybrid working

They are looking to add Dales Advisors to their Manchester City Centre office. Sales Advisors will join a team where 90% of salespeople hit target & there are opportunities for Manager progression courses every 6 months.
The role: Sales Advisors will contact customers from high quality, warm leads within 15 minutes of application. Advisors will uses a service focused, fact find approach to understand customer needs, wants, affordability etc. before sourcing appropriate products for them. You'll manage the entire sales process over the course of a week with around 3-4 customer contacts including aftercare & providing a great service. The role is autonomous, and you can implement your style to get the best results!

Requirements: Experience in sales with a proven track record of performance vs targets is required.
