I am representing a main contractor based in Greater Manchester who are looking to appoint a full time Site Manager. The contractor specialize in fit outs, installations and refurbishment across the residential, commercial and education sector.

Job values range from £100K-£3M

The first project will be in Greater Manchester and will be on site for 6 months.

Requirements for the role:
4+ years at Site Manager level
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Qualified
4+ years working for a construction main contractor
Fit out experience across apartments & commercial properties
