Clinical Lead - Permanent
Location: Croydon, London
Setting: Care Home
Salary: £24 p/h
Hours: Days ,nights and weekends are available
Time recruitment is selecting for Clinical Lead to join an exemplary national care provider in the local area of Croydon, London The home has a good CQC report and has excellent staffing ratios so plenty of support is available. We are looking for Registered nurses with an active NMC pin.
This home has 60 bedrooms

Duties for the Clinical Lead:
* You'll oversee the nursing staff and be in charge of carrying out personal care plans.
* Additionally, you'll fill in for the home manager and collaborate with nearby GPs and other medical specialists.
* We will rely on you to guide, assist, and motivate your team members so that your residents receive the best individualised care possible.
* You will be well-versed in care planning and clinical compliance as an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
Clinical Lead Registered General Nurse Requirements:
* NMC PIN required
* Working knowledge of senior or equivalent roles
* Experience in elderly/dementia care
* Access to your own vehicle and a complete UK driving license
* There WILL be a need for an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check. This might be helpful if you have a DBS that is registered with the update service.
