Salary: £20.00 per hour (Equivalent to £43,680 - £49,920 per annum) + Paid Breaks!
Hours: 42, or 48 hours!

Time Recruitment is assisting a local community provider in its search for a RGN nurse for its well run, compliant facility in Wednesbury, Walsall. RGN nurses applying for the role will be welcomed by a long-standing nurse manager; a well-established team and a home that has an excellent reputation with the community nursing, CCG and local councils in the area.

The facility is highly accredited and has just been renovated giving the home a warm luxurious feel. The nursing home service offers care for the elderly who require general nursing care, Intermediate and residential care.

This is a nurse led service offering the RGN nurse the option to gain the following clinical skills:
* Peg Feeding
* Venepuncture
* Verification of death
* Palliative care
* Syringe driver
* Dementia awareness qualifications

With an excellent CQC report and a close relationship with the hospital discharge team too; the service benefits from a longstanding deputy manager who has been in post for 20 years; all carers on the facility have NVQ level 2 training and are medication trained to assist with non-urgent medications and medication rounds.

Alongside this the service offers Nurses a flexible shift pattern and rota; with 2 nurses on during the day and 10 carers on the floor; night nurses work autonomously and have higher number of care staff on shift.
